Capturing real records on Music Row — where craft, performance, and identity come first.
Eddie Gore is a two-time Grammy-nominated producer and the operator of Historic RCA Studio C on Nashville's Music Row. With decades behind the console, he has developed a precise, instinctive ear that consistently brings out the best in every artist he works with.
His career was shaped through years of close collaboration with legendary guitarist and producer Steve Cropper. Eddie built and operated Insomnia Studio for Cropper, where he recorded and produced a wide range of artists, refining both his technical skill and creative approach.
Before that, Eddie trained under acclaimed producer Kyle Lehning, working as a production assistant on projects spanning iconic talents such as Shel Silverstein and Randy Travis. These early experiences laid the foundation for his deep understanding of both artistry and production at the highest level.
"There is only one of you. That individuality is your greatest advantage — and my job is to amplify it." — Eddie Gore
Today, Eddie is known for helping artists find and define their voice. Whether working with emerging talent or established musicians stepping into new genres, his focus is always the same: uncover what makes each artist distinct and elevate it.
A quiet cornerstone of one of the most influential music communities in the world — where serious work happens, day in and day out.
Originally part of RCA's Nashville expansion during the golden era of recorded music, Studio C was built to support the growing demand for high-quality production as the city evolved into a global recording hub. RCA played a pivotal role in shaping what would become known as the "Nashville Sound" — a polished, sophisticated style that brought country music to mainstream audiences worldwide.
Studio C operated as a working room for producers, engineers, and musicians who valued precision and efficiency. It became known less for hype and more for consistency — a space where records were made by professionals dedicated to their craft.
Today, under the direction of Eddie Gore, Studio C continues that legacy with a modern edge. The space blends its historic foundation with contemporary production techniques, offering artists a room that feels both grounded in tradition and fully capable of meeting today's creative demands.
